fijos y finales pueden prestar servicios de
telecomunicaciones a través de terminales de uso público
para lo cual pueden hacerlo por sus propios medios o
bajo la figura de la reventa. (RESOLUCIÓN

This service is currently provided through four carriers
at the national level, i.e.:
ANDINATEL S.A
.,
PACIFICTEL S.A.
,
ETAPA.,
LINKOTEL,
SETEL S.A.,ETAPATELECOM S. A.
and ECUADORTELECOM S.A. (ECUTEL).
These operators are the only firms authorized under the
Law to manage, operate and use all Fixed local, national
and international telephone services (either national or
international; wired or wireless).
