The Superintendence of Telecommunications, the responsible body for controlling all telecommunications services, hereby requests that you answer this survey on the Fixed telephone services being provided by ANDINATEL S.A., PACIFICTEL S.A.,  ETAPA, LINKOTEL or SETEL S. A.  This will help us determine the quality of this service and to ask carriers to adopt the necessary corrective measures that will help improve the service standards to users.  Your answers will be held as confidential.
