QUALITY INQUIRY
The
Superintendence of Telecommunications is the control
body responsible for all telecommunications services
and as such, would appreciate your answering to the
survey presented below regarding the provision of Private
Radio Communications Services. This will help determine
the level of compliance with the frequency concession
contracts, the applicable laws and also to provide guidance
to users and the community at large.
CONTRACT:
¿Are
you aware that operating an unauthorized radio
communications contract is penalized?
¿Do
you know what the period of validity for your
frequency concession contract is?
¿Do
you know what your call sign is?
¿Do
you know when to use this call sign?
Did
you know that, according to your frequency concession
contract:
Late
payments covering 3 or more months will be sufficient
cause to end the frequency concession contract.
If
the radio communications system is not correctly
installed and operated within a term of 60 days
(or within an extended period of time granted
and approved by the National Secretary of Telecommunications
based on justifiable causes), the frequency will
be immediately reverted to the State without further
delay.
If
the system is not operated throughout 6 uninterrupted
months and the issue has not been notified to
the National Secretaria of Telecommunications,
those frequencies will also need to be reverted
to the State.
Contract
renewal for frequency concession should be requested
90 days in advance, if not, your contract will
be automatically terminated.
